In the current business climate, real estate information is available through various websites like Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com etc. Analyzing this information, knowing market statistics, and mastering real estate contracts and process, requires a knowledgeable professional.
To borrow an analogy, A sherpa helps mountaineers climb peaks like Mt Everest or K2. The mountaineer can have all the latest gear, weather apps on smart phones, GPS systems, even drones, but the local experienced Sherpa's guidance is invaluable! My expertise to successfully sell your house, lies in knowing the local neighborhoods, home values, and buyer profiles. I have an MBA from two continents, a huge advantage, where minimum requirement to get a real estate license is High School graduation. This education brings a strong analytical perspective and knowledge of marketing, which is one of my biggest strengths in this business. I expose your listing to the maximum number of potential buyers through paid online advertising, especially on social media. I negotiate, qualify prospective buyers, try to make it a win win every time. I have an excellent team of professionals helping your transaction behind the scenes. I am not one of those agents that disappears after your initial contract is signed. I remain the person you will communicate with, through it all.
A good buyer's agent isn't all about opening doors to show houses and writing the offer. I create opportunities for my home buyers, provide a competitive advantage in multiple bid situations, make you aware of both pros and cons, offer guidance and advice throughout various stages of your transaction until settlement. I continue to communicate to your advantage after the offer has been accepted, or even after settlement if needed. My objective is to never have my home buyers say - "My Realtor never told me....." something I hear often when my profession is referenced.

I work mainly in Chester county and parts of Montgomery and Delaware counties - towns covered by Downingtown, Great Valley, Tredyffrin Easttown, Springford, Owen J Roberts, West Chester, Coatesville and Garnet Valley school districts.
