Check out the phenomenal Chester county real estate statistics for March. Over 10% Increase in homes sold, reduction in inventory and steady prices. What these statistics do not show, are the homes under contract that have not 'Settled' yet. Those numbers are phenomenally high, almost 40% in areas covered by the MLS, for this month compared to last March.
