Sold a Single Family home in 2014 for approximately $300K in Downingtown, PA.

Bela was very helpful in listing and selling our home in two weeks!. She was responsive to all our questions and guided us along the way. She even assisted us in referring us to a mortgage rep so we could purchase a new home. She got us more than what we thought we could have gotten for our house.  Bela prides herself on customer service and she knows the area very well. She has a blog and utilizes technology to her advantage. I would highly recommend her if you are buying or selling a home. In our case we bought and sold simultaneously and Bela made it possible.
