Help my buyers find homes! - check in for me please.


I have discussed with many of you recently - this real estate season has been particularly low in
inventory, and buyers are having a hard time finding homes. If you know someone who wants to sell -or are even remotely thinking of selling - I am happy to follow up and see if there is a good fit.

In no particular order, this what my buyers are looking for....

250-320k - First time very young buyers, lovely engaged couple - he is a car fanatic owns 3 cars,
worked in Detroit for a few years - lovely fiance keeping him in check. So 2 car garage preferred -
open to single family or town homes...access to SEPTA train station preferred but not necessary.

250-300k Couple has been renting for too long - need a full bath and bedroom on main level. Prefer
older house with lower taxes. Open to a large radius King of Prussia to Chester Springs or
Collegeville. Single or town home is fine.

600-900k Cash buyer looking for a nicely appointed single family in Downingtown Schools. Walk out basement and pubic water and sewer, backyard privacy preferred. The wife says husband is picky -so need to please the husband.

300-400k Cash buyer - looking for a small single family with a small yard, where he can garden an
grow vegetables and fruit. Prefers close to Chester Valley trail in Exton because he loves to walk on
that trail.

450-500k - Chester Springs, updated move in ready. Downingtown schools. Mrs Buyers is a Doctor
and needs to be within certain distance of turnpike entrance for when on call. Townhome or single is
fine.

325-375k Townhome in West Chester schools - Fugett middle school a must for his daughter who
does not want to move to any other school. She has actually drawn a beautiful home with a white
picket fence and shared with me - but dad thinks town homes will be best - low maintenance.

500-650k Single Family - Downingtown West schools. Preferably move in ready, 3000+ sq ft. Wife
has a Delaware commute so East & West Brandywine, Caln, Uwchlan and West Bradford townships
work best. (as opposed to Wallace or Upper Uwchlan) Chestnut Ridge Preserve, Applecross.

150-275k Lionville Middle school area. Lovely family looking to stop renting, and start building equity.Liongate, Rhondda neighborhoods would work great. Mostly condos in this price range.

500-650k Single Family - Downingtown West schools. Preferably move in ready, 3000+ sq ft.
Chestnut Ridge Preserve, Applecross.
