The continued dropping of inventory levels is a very positive sign. The settled units are very high due to the busy months of February and March when pended units were high. While the sales have increased, prices have mostly been stable in our area. Even if buyers are excited and may offer more to snag a home they love, the appraisals do not come in at purchase price since the comps do not support those prices.
