Bought a Townhouse home in 2015 for approximately $225K in West Chester, PA.

Working with Bela was absolutely great! My boyfriend and I are (were) first time home buyers and were referred to Bela by a client of mine. Our first meeting with Bela was everything we hoped it would be and so much more than we expected. We went through some financial exercises to help us  narrow down price range, taxes, etc. as well as went through what aspects we valued in a home and location. Her attentive nature and organizational skills made us feel most comfortable with her and quieted any fears of breaching contract or experiencing anything but a smooth road to closing. We were never disappointed with Bela's advice or her desire to negotiate and "fight" for us. I could go on and on about Bela. I highly recommend her for anyone who wants a smooth home buying experience. I know we will definitely giving her a call whenever we decide to move again.
