Bought a Single Family home in 2015 for approximately $425K in Exton, PA.

If you want a realtor who is responsive to your needs, an expert negotiator, and treats you like you're her only client, then Bela is the one for you! When we were searching for our home, it was a seller's market and competition for homes was extremely high. Bela always made herself available for  showings so we could get in and see homes before others made their bids. We found ourselves in a few multiple bid situations and Bela advised us on the best approach and did her best in negotiations. When we finally landed our dream house, there were a few issues during the final walk through and at closing. Bela was able to diplomatically work with the seller's agent to resolve the issues and even secured an extra allowance to cover some unexpected expenses. I would work with Bela again in a heartbeat. She is patient, persistent, and always ready to go to bat for you. She returns emails and phone calls promptly, and has a vast knowledge of the local market and how things work so she can best advise you in your search.
