These are the home values for single family homes in Chester county. Yes, the numbers are coming in to support a turning real estate market. Homes are getting multiple bids, selling within the first week. Inventory levels have dropped tremendously - especially "good" inventory. The houses for sale, that are sitting on the market, are not priced right and most likely need work.
I hear several Realtor friends echoing my sentiment. We need some good single family or twin homes in the Downingtown, Chester Springs, West Chester and Exton area for our buyers! Sellers, now is the time to list! In another market maybe waiting until Spring makes sense - but for what we are seeing in the marketplace - list now! It is turning into a sellers market slowly but surely! Price increase cannot be too far behind.
