Average Price: $352K, an increase of almost 7% over MAY-2012
Dollar Volume: more than $218 million in closed properties, the best May since 2007 – an increase of 35% compared to MAY-2012
Unit Sales: more than 600 closed properties, the best May since 2006 – an increase of almost 27% compared to MAY-2012
Pending Sales: almost 650 units, more than 40% above MAY-2012
Days on Market: 70 DOM per closed property, almost a 28% drop from 97 DOM in MAY-2012
Inventory (Annualized Absorption Rate): dropped to 5.5 months from MAY-2013, and it remains almost three months below MAY-2012;
