West Whiteland Township - New Construction- Chester County


In West Whiteland Township there is an explosion of building activity. The area is undergoing a renewed interest with development that has the township buzzing with new projects, both residential and commercial and lots of proposed projects in the pipeline.

 Just this week it has been announced that four acres of the Exton Square Mall property, adjacent to the mall itself has been sold to developers for $10.3 million. The developers plan to build an apartment complex that will consist of 300-unit luxury apartments.
