Mortgage Humor
Ask any successful Realtor what their biggest challenge is currently and they will tell you - mortgages!
- With the historically low interest rates, mortgage lenders are inundated with refinances in addition to the new sales that have picked up this year. They are simply busy.
- The processes have gotten tighter and paperwork more detailed and cumbersome.
- Appraisals are a challenge - even though buyers and sellers agree on a price, the appraisals are conservative, which takes the parties back to the negotiating table.
So what can a Realtor do under the circumstance - take a chill pill and enjoy some mortgage humor.
To the Optimist, the glass is half full.
To the Pessimist, the glass is half empty.
To the Underwriter, you have the wrong glass!

Outrunning the competition!
